Through all kinds of explanatory media installations, we help visitors to learn about the rich animal and plant resources in the Yuli Wildlife Refuge. We also use outdoor space to establish a nectar plant area, not only greening the environment, but also creating a lively insects’ playground, in the meantime promoting ecological gardening. In addition, we also actively conduct outdoor activities. We gradually introduce all the educational projects to surrounding communities, and carry out plans to promote the ecological trails. We expect ourselves to form a good partnership with the locals.

By Train
Take the North-link Line or South-link Line and get off at TRA Rueisuei Station in Hualien. After exiting from the station, turn left and go straight till Cheng Gung N. Rd.; turn left and go straight and pass by Rueisuei Junior High School; turn right when seeing Wen Chuan Rd. Sec. 1. The Ecocenter is on the left-hand side, across the road from Rueisuei Elementary School. It is approximately 15 minutes’ walk from TRA Rueisuei Station.

Ruisui Ecological Education Center is located directly opposite Ruisui Elementary School, and is only a 3-minute walk from the rear exit of Ruisui Railway Station. The public is welcome to visit the museum to learn about the Yuli Wildlife Reserve and listen to the action story of Hualien's promotion of the five major axes of the national green network!
